So hardly EB2 India moved forward about 6 months to 9 months in the duration of 2008 and 2009 with the help of spill overs. See, we need to understand, life is a Lottery. No place for Logic. USCIS LOVES lottery...after diversity visa lottery, they are also doing LOTTERY for H1 now, and one day if they like the idea of doing LOTTERY, for EB cases, they might throw away this all mambo jambo of EB1,2,3/PD/RD/ROW/IN/CH...and JUST DO THE LOTTERY!! I think unused other country quota is used for oversubscribed countries like India and china in the last quarter. If that is true then even removing country quota will not make much difference for Eb3. Now waiting time is 7 years. It will be 5 years for all the countries. When they remove country quota persons from countries like Europe may lose interest in applying gc as they may think is not worth for them to apply and wait 5 years or more as there is not much difference in lifestyle between US and Europe. I doubt US will remove country cap. But we never know as world changes fast nowadays.Anyhow country quota is not correct and it is similar to reservation in India. If reservation concept is correct then country quota is correct as every country in world get benefit.

You have to notice the gap here. SRK was detained for identity check because of his last name. When other officers vouch why he was still detained.
Thing we should be worried about is, if SRK - who has MPs and other big shots behind him to prove him - needs 2 hours to prove his identity, think about commoners like us. We may get lost without help.

People's idea about patriotism is different.Like some folks

Say they would go back to India to fight if rumors about the war between India and Pak post Mumbai attacks is true.
So patriotic so much so that when IV avtar feature is introduced they even upload a soldier's picture albeit for few min.
When it comes to PM of India they would want western breed like Nostradamus kind Simon,Sweet voiced Susan or half Indian Saino.
Can we call them unpatriotic ?NO!! .That's their patriotism what if it is a bit different in style.(No I didn't spend time digging into anyon'es old posts.Just when someon'esr patriotism seemes interestingly interesting we get to remember some things)

It depends on INS. If they notice the overlap between study and experience and they can send RFE. If you send explanation to RFE then it is upto INS to accept or reject. If thy doo not notice then no problem.Some people in INS have some idea about fake experience certificates in India. It is easy to get experience certificate even if you do not work. You can get idea by analysing similar situation.

Visa wastage in the era of massive visa demand is our best argument and visa recapture is our most legitimate request(along with administrative fixes outlined previously). As a side point, most of AC21 recaptured visas went to oversubscribed countries until they ran out in 2005. They lasted almost 4 yrs. If we were to get a similar number, I suspect they may only last 2 yrs this time, but nevertheless, it will last until legislators have a chance to look at this thing again.
If we can achieve this, we will get most of what we need until this immigration debate rages again in 2009/2010.
Changing the entire system is frankly beyond the scope of our limited resources as well as takes this issue into an area of much hostility and feeds into the innate fears of Americans. I really can't see the sense in that.

I have filled my Green card in Eb3 category. I am planning to now file it in Eb2 Category, but want to retain my Eb3 Priority date (which is 2005) . Please let me know:
1) How does it affect my current Green card process in case of Rejection of New ( Eb2) or Query on it( RFE).
2) If a different employer files my green card in EB2 category, at what stage will I have to join this new employer. I am planning to let my new (future) employer file GC in Eb2 while I continue working for my old employee. I will then join the new employer after getting the green card. Is this possible? I want this EB2 case to have the same priority date as EB3.
3) I Have Already filled 485 in Eb3 category , Do I have to file I485 in Eb2 Again or my Previous Eb3 485 Transfered to this New Eb2 Category
4) If I have to file New I485 in Eb2 in that case what happened to My Eb3 485

Giving such a products to kids can be harmful. When we buy stuff from proper store atleast we know that quality is met or someone is watching/monitoring it (like Mcdonalds recent recall)
One of the things that I've observed about these 'IBO's is that most often they are underachievers in general. Mostly staying home over the weekends, hardly any communication skills, no good friends (no your IBO partners are not your friends), low confidence and plain arrogance. They are asked not to take NO for an answer. So anything that you say against them annoys the hell outta them. I know I should not be using such derogatory language against any person but I seriously feel this corporation is plaguing our society big time.
I have a co-worker who downs at least 5-6 cans of their flagship product 'XS Energy Drink' everyday. He hardly moves from his desk all day so why in the world would he need an energy drink for? One day, the rest of the team confronted him and asked him if he even knew what was in the energy drink. He quickly got angry and snapped back "VITAMINS!!!". We were like WTF? Since when did energy drinks started to have vitamins in them? Finally, I showed him the contents of the drink: #1 Taurine, #2 Caffeine. So it's nothing but fukking Red Bull. And we all know 'Red Bull gives you wings!'. Wish it gave you brains too.
Another co-worker asked him if it'd be OK to give that drink to his 5 yo when he thought that it was alright for him to gulp gallons of it. He snapped again saying "OF COURSE! In fact she drinks small quantities of it everyday." A 5 year old kid drinking Red Bull. Can you beat that? Just coz this idiot wants to earn more points. That is when I got seriously pissed!

H1b cap is 65k+ 20K for US master degree and remaining are exemptions. Total approimately 125K were issued on 2007.
Let H1B and L1 become unlimited. Anyone with right skills should be allowed to come and work in USA and earn. Even if it means salary of US programmers go down to $1 an hour or less.
Likewise allow all US citizens to come to India and apply for jobs. Let them compete with Indians in India. Let them live on $1/hr.
America should lead the wold by example and make this change in the policy and show the world that it cares for Democracy and equality.
This will make a level playing field for everyone and true globalization. What do you say Senthil1?
