Ain't it funny what the color green makes some people do?

It makes me buy nail polish ;) l seem to have a thing for greens this year.

It's absolutely impossible to make an accurate swatch of China Glaze Four Leaf Clover. One of my cameras made it look turquise, the other one did a bit better and the polish looks green, it's still not accurate though - but I guess I'm not the only one with this problem, because I haven't seen a single one good swatch of FLC. In real life, the color is a really bright, juicy green with cool undertones, really nice and unique. It has an awesome glossy finish and applies without any problems.

Here's a comparison of ChG Four Leaf Clover (of course, it's not turquise at all IRL - it looks more like above), OPI Jade is the New Black and Essie Pretty Edgy. FLC is the brightest one and has cool tones, Pretty Edgy is a bit darker and much warmer and Jade is the darkest, most dusty-looking one.

POLISH:

Przyszedł czas na zieloności, mojego konika ostatnimi czasy ;) Four Leaf Clover nie da się dobrze i wiernie obfocić - w rzeczywistości jest dużo intensywniejszy i bardziej zielony, nie wpada w turkus. Chyba nie tylko ja miałam z tym problem, bo nie spotkałam jeszcze dobrego zdjęcia tego lakieru. Ciekawy i niespotykany kolor, mocny, z pięknym, szklistym wykończeniem.

Na ostatnim zdjęciu porównanie - FLC jest najjaśniejszy i najchłodniejszy (i oczywiście nie jest turkusowy - wygląda bardziej jak na swatchach powyżej), Pretty Edgy ma ciepłe tony, a Jade jest najciemniejszy i jako jedyny trochę przydymiony.
